This notice explains how personal data of visitors who use this website and its contact form is processed, under Articles 13-14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why
Contact form
The name, email, phone (optional), event type and message you send us. We use them to reply to your request for a proposal or quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). After sending, you receive an automatic confirmation email summarising what you wrote.
Anti-spam protection
To prevent abuse the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and a limit on submissions per IP address. At this stage your IP address and technical request data are processed. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Browser preferences
Your chosen language, your cookie choice and your video preference (stopped or playing) are stored in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to anyone.
The site does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising. We do not sign anyone up to newsletters.
3. Who receives the data
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, anti-spam protection and submission limit.
- Resend — sending the form emails (to us and the confirmation to you): it receives your name, email and message text.
- cdnjs (Cloudflare) — an animation library is loaded from its servers, which therefore receive your IP address when you open the page. The site’s fonts are served directly by us.
Some of these providers are based in the United States: transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision). The site does not store form data in a database: messages exist only in the emails sent.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and, if a working relationship follows, for the periods required by law. You can ask for deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@musicbonusmalus.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
6. Providing your data
Name and email are needed so we can reply; without them the form cannot be sent. Phone and details are optional.
7. Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 14.
